1- Under the responsability of the estate owner, the bunches are picked
with secateurs.
2-
Each grape picker put gently the bunches in a bucket. Whenever there
rot is seen, manual selection is done .
3- A team
of carriers empty the full buckets in boxes.
4- Each
box contains about 25kg of grappes. When full, it is taken towards
the end of the row and carefully piled on the trailer..
5- Boxes
are put together at the end of a row.
6- Boxes
are once again, carefully checked so that no rotten bunches is leaves
are left. They are then taken to the celllar.
