By definition, this cru is the result of the cuvaison (maceration) of two varieties (at least 1/3 Pinot and at most 2/3 Gamay) in a single vat.
We produce it on our own estate, in a vineyard right in the middle of the village of Corgoloin, which until recently qualified for the Bourgogne appellation. We put three times more Pinot than Gamay into this wine, to bring it up to the level of the best quality Bourgogne appellation wines. In fact, this is a wine that deserves to win back its former appellation. We're working toward that. Meanwhile, why don't you help us to restore our former appelation by taking advantage of our offer!
